Dawson C. McDaniel was born in Fort Myers in 1951. He attended Edgewood Elementary, Lee Junior High School and was graduated from Fort Myers High School. Dawson attended Florida State University for some of his undergraduate college work, and received his Bachelors Degree from Barry University.

Dawson Conner started dating his childhood sweetheart while in Junior High School and married Georgianna Williams in 1972. They have two children, George Dawson and Anna Marie McDaniel. Georgianna has been part of the Lee County School District since early in their marriage. She was a recipient of the prestigious Golden Apple Teacher award in 1997. She now serves the School District as Director of Personnel.

Dawson Conner earned his Real Estate Sales Associate license in 1972, joining Dawson McDaniel Realty, Inc. and has held active Real Estate license since that time. Dawson was able to be coached and to be mentored by his father, Dawson McDaniel. Dawson instilled in his son that every individual is important. Each and every one is to be treated fairly, with respect and honesty. Providing personal service to each client has been a high priority of the company since its inception.

Dawson Conner’s in-depth training includes special real estate courses with emphasis in areas such as Real Estate Practice, Economics, Financing, Property Management, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments, Exchanges, Taxation, and Creative Financing.

Dawson C. McDaniel became an officer of Dawson McDaniel Realty, Incorporated in the mid 1990’s when he received his Real Estate Brokers license. He now serves as President of the company. Following the model set by his father, it is his desire that each client will find that they can rely on the Knowledge, Experience, Professionalism, Integrity and Personal Service when dealing with any employee of Dawson McDaniel Realty, Incorporated.
